Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You’ll receive a second email notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Options & Estimates

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and DHL, with additional couriers used as needed to ensure timely delivery.
Local Pickup
In-store pickup is available from our workshop:

Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your items.
International Shipping
At this stage, we offer international shipping to New Zealand only. For international shipping inquiries outside this region, please contact us at sales@chepslaser.com.au.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at sales@chepslaser.com.au with your name and order number, and we’ll investigate promptly.
